Complete Decor is run by Master Decorator Rik Carpenter who since 1985 has worked predominately in the Sheffield, Nottingham and London areas offering a friendly professional decorating service, and he is regarded as a leading exponent of his trade.

Rik has taught his trade in several colleges including Sheffied, Chesterfield, Rotherham and Lincoln passing on his enthusiasm, knowledge and skills to the younger generation.
